Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
• Strong MS Excel and CAD skills preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication expected.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing process improvements and panel manufacturing projects.
• Own a key initiative addressing KPIs (safety, quality, schedule, or cost) with data collection and problem solving.
• Present findings to the team and participate in structured problem-solving sessions.
