Job summary

Haworth is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering- Panels intern for a 12-week on-site program at the Haworth Corporate Headquarters in Holland, MI. You will join a cohort of about 50 interns, work on real manufacturing projects, and attend NeoCon to gain insights into industry trends and innovations.

Throughout the summer you will engage in hands-on learning, workshops on networking and AI tools, and mentorship activities designed to develop practical engineering and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering with anticipated graduation 2027–2029.
• Ability to work on-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering projects targeting KPIs (safety, quality, schedule, or cost).
• Assist with data collection, applying problem-solving tools, and presenting findings to the team.
• Work with mentors and participate in interactive workshops and site tours.
