Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the greater Torrington, CT area. This full-time, paid program is designed for university students to gain hands-on business and leadership experience while working alongside experienced professionals.

You’ll engage in projects that mirror the challenges faced by our management trainees, develop customer relationships, and contribute to marketing efforts. The internship emphasizes teamwork, growth, and practical learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with anticipated graduation Aug 2027–Aug 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents on record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to accept pay of $19.00/hour.
• Able to commit to a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule; training may start May 19 or May 25, 2027 and run through Aug 6, 2027.
