Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Danbury, CT, to help university students hit the ground running and build valuable leadership skills from day one. This paid, part‑time internship will be located at an Enterprise office in Danbury, and it runs during Fall 2026.

As an intern, you’ll operate in a team‑based environment, gaining real world experience across operations, customer service, and marketing.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program graduating December 2026.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Aside from religious observation, must be available to work a minimum number of 25 hours per week during the internship.
Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

During the internship you’ll develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
You may complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers, with possible performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
