Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join its Management Trainee Internship in the greater Jupiter area. This paid program builds valuable business and leadership skills by giving you real-world responsibilities from day one.

The 12‑week, part-time internship (25 hours/week) starts mid‑January 2027, at $18.50 per hour. You’ll work alongside peers and mentors on projects that mirror our trainees’ experiences, learn how to manage a fleet, and develop customer and marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work 10‑12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting mid‑January 2027.
