Enterprise is offering a Management Trainee Internship designed to build business and leadership skills for university students. You’ll gain real-world experience by tackling challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

Paid internship at $18.50/hour, 25 hours per week, 12-week program starting mid-January 2027, in the greater Coral Springs area (Margate, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs).

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be able to work 10-12 weeks during Spring starting mid-January 2027.
