Enterprise is offering a Management Internship Program in the Boca Raton area. This part-time, 12-week paid internship (25 hours/week) starts mid-January 2027, paying $18.50 per hour.

Interns will gain real-world experience in managing a fleet, serving customers, and developing marketing strategies, in a collaborative, team-based setting. Open to rising seniors; requires a valid driver's license and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting mid-January 2027.
