Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Sunrise area offices (Lauderdale Lakes and Lauderhill). This paid, part-time 12-week program starts January 13, 2027, giving university students real-world leadership experience.

As an intern, you will learn to run a fleet, assist customers, develop marketing strategies, and collaborate with peers in a team-based environment. Eligibility includes senior or rising senior in a Bachelor's program, 18+ years old, six months in relevant roles, and

Qualifications

• Senior or rising senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in past 5 years.
• Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting January 13th.
