Enterprise Holdings invites you to join our Management Trainee Internship in the Boca Raton area. This paid, part-time program runs 12 weeks starting mid-January 2027 at 25 hours per week, offering real-world leadership experience and customer-facing responsibilities.

You’ll rotate through core business functions, develop management skills, and be part of a team that supports drivers and customers. Eligible students gain practical marketable experience and potential incentives as you grow.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Internship Program and develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and build marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referrals.
