Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the Northern New Jersey area (Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Union and Essex Counties) for summer 2027. This paid internship provides real-world business and leadership experience to university students.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Valid, unrestricted driver','s license is required to operate a vehicle.
• Under-21 drivers in New Jersey may need to complete the GDL program.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during the internship.
• At least 3 months of leadership or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and assist customers.
• Help develop marketing strategies and build customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
