Job summary

Enterprise in New Jersey is offering a temporary full-time Management Internship for Summer 2027 with an hourly pay of $19. Interns will work at Middlesex, Monmouth and surrounding Counties, gaining hands-on experience in fleet management, customer care and marketing strategy while collaborating with peers.

The program emphasizes real responsibilities, learning by doing, and potential performance incentives and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating between August 2027 and June 2028.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Must live within a 1 hour commute to the location within 30 days of start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills in a team-based environment and support management activities.
• Assist in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy development.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition; eligible for incentives.
