Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the North Attleboro, MA area. This full-time paid internship (40 hours/week) lets university students gain real-world business and leadership experience from day one.

Interns work on projects, learn to run a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with coworkers. Earn $19.00 per hour and may be eligible for performance incentives; internship runs May 2027–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Must have experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, start in a training class on either May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and participate through the end of the internship on August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
