Job summary

Enterprise is hiring a Management Internship for the summer of 2027 in the Northern New Jersey area (Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Union and Essex). You’ll be immersed in daily operations, with responsibilities ranging from customer service to marketing and fleet management, gaining hands‑on leadership experience as a paid intern.

You’ll work full-time for the summer, earning $19 per hour and have the chance to compete in internal programs and earn incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a student pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating Aug 2027 through Jun 2028.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Within a one-hour commute to the location(s) in Northern NJ.
• 3 months of leadership or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop management and leadership skills through internship projects.
• Assist in managing a fleet of vehicles and serving customers.
• Support marketing efforts and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and may earn performance incentives and referrals.
