Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Seattle is seeking university students for a Management Internship to gain real-world leadership and business experience. This 12-week, full-time program runs May 17, 2027–Aug 6, 2027 or Jun 14, 2027–Sep 3, 2027, and pays $21.30 per hour for 40 hours/week.

Participants will learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build strong relationships with teammates.

Qualifications

Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelors degree program set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
Must be able to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 17th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
