Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship candidate to hit the ground running in Seattle, WA. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and tackle challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

The role is located in the Seattle area with a 12-week program (January 6, 2027 - March 26, 2027 or March 29, 2027 - June 11, 2027) and 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester in a college or university set to graduate Spring 2027.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to to work 25 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either January 6th, 2027 or March 26th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Internship Program and help develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects, engage in friendly competition with peers and may qualify for performance incentives and referrals.
