Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship in Auburn, WA is a paid, 12-week program designed for university students to gain hands-on experience in management, customer service, and marketing while working with seasoned professionals.

The internship runs full-time (40 hours/week) with start dates May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027 and is non-negotiable. Attendees must be rising seniors from a WA college and have at least six months of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program for the upcoming semester at a college or university set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week and make a 12 week commitment beginning either May 17th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
