Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled in full-time Bachelor's degree, graduating 2027–2028.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for 12 weeks.
• Enrolled at a Washington state college/university.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Create and execute marketing strategies and build customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competitions.
