First Roles is offering a paid Enterprise Management Internship in Indiana for rising college seniors. The role provides real-world leadership experience, with responsibilities that mirror entry-level management duties and customer interactions.

The internship runs from May 2027 to August 2027 at our New Albany and Clarksville locations, with a team-based environment designed to develop management, marketing, and customer development skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with no more than 2 semesters to graduate.
• Acceptable graduation dates: August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must be studying Business, Communication, or related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to make a 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May 2027
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition; may qualify for performance incentives and referral rewards.
