Job summary

Enterprise in Fishers, IN is offering the Management Internship to build business and leadership skills for university students. From day one, you'll be a paid intern tackling real-world challenges alongside our first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

The program begins in May 2027 in Fishers and Indianapolis, with compensation of $16 per hour. You'll rotate through experiences covering fleet management, customer service, marketing development, and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program in a 4-year college or university.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
• Able to work 25–40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Enterprise now or in the future.
• 10–12 week commitment with availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
