Enterprise invites university students to join the Management Internship in Fishers, IN, beginning January 2027. This paid internship mirrors the challenges of a first- and second-year professional, in a team-based environment where peers help you learn, grow, and have fun.

You will work on projects that develop fleet management and customer service skills, while also building relationships with customers and coworkers and possibly earning performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program, graduating May 2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in two or more areas: sales, customer service, management, varsity athletics, leadership on campus.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
• Must be able to work 25 hours per week (we work around your school schedule).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsabilités

• As part of the Management Internship, you’ll develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
