Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Avon, Indiana 46123 and Brownsburg, Indiana 42116, starting May 2027. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in managing a fleet, serving customers, and shaping marketing strategies while learning leadership skills.

As a rising senior, you’ll balance full-time student duties with a 10–12 week internship, 25–40 hours per week, and a chance to participate in performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university graduating between August 2027 - May 2028.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
• Ability to work 25–40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10–12 week commitment with availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
