Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship in the Yakima, WA area. The program runs for 12 weeks at 40 hours per week, with two non-negotiable start dates: May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027.

It’s a paid internship designed to build leadership and business skills through real-world challenges. You’ll work as part of a team, get hands-on experience in managing a fleet, and learn how to drive marketing strategies while developing strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Rising senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program with anticipated graduation between July 2027 and June 2028.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week and commit to a 12-week program starting May 17th or June 14th, 2027.
• Must attend a college/university in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with limited moving violations and no at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
