Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Yakima, WA, designed for university students who want real-world experience. You'll learn to run a fleet, support customers, and develop marketing strategies while working with a supportive team.

This 12-week, full-time program provides hands-on projects, opportunities for performance incentives, and exposure to leadership roles, starting May or June 2027. Compensation is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program at a college or university set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Able to work 40 hours/week and commit to a 12-week program beginning May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027, depending on academic calendar.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
