Job summary

The Enterprise Management Internship in Everett, WA offers paid, hands-on experience building business and leadership skills. You'll work full-time in a team-based environment, handling real-world projects alongside our Management Trainees and gaining exposure to fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies.

Starting May 17, 2027 or June 14, 2027, the 12-week program runs 40 hours per week with two round options.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program at a college or university set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week and make a 12-week commitment beginning either May 17th, 2027 or June 14th, 2027.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship by our company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
• Support ongoing marketing and customer service initiatives to drive branch results.
• Learn from Management Trainees by participating in day-to-day operations and special projects.
