Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Fort Wayne, Indiana, beginning January 2027, for current university students. The program aims to build business and leadership skills and places interns in a team-based environment alongside first- and second-year professionals.

As a paid intern, you’ll learn to run a business, manage a fleet of vehicles, deliver customer service, and participate in projects with performance incentives and referrals—while balancing your school schedule.

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program graduating in May 2027.
• Minimum 3 months experience in two or more areas: sales, customer service, management, athletics leadership, campus leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
• Able to work 25 hours per week around school schedule.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop management skills by handling projects and aiding in fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
