Job summary

Enterprise’s Management Internship in the Tri Cities market offers a paid, full‑time internship for university students to gain real‑world leadership experience. It runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with 40 hours per week and an $18/hour pay rate.

Placement may span Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol, Elizabethton, Greeneville, and surrounding communities based on business needs. The program emphasizes teamwork, customer service, fleet and marketing exposure, and future career

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
Relevant work experience in sales, customer service, or management (or organizational leadership roles).
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Develop leadership and business skills through hands-on projects.
Move through diverse roles to manage a fleet, serve customers, and build marketing plans.
Complete intern projects and engage in performance incentives and referrals.
