Enterprise's Management Internship in Pittsfield, MA offers real-world leadership and business experience. This full-time paid program runs 40 hours per week, with a starting rate of $19.00 per hour, and places interns at Enterprise offices in the Pittsfield area.

As an intern, you’ll work alongside Management Trainees on fleet management, customer service, sales and marketing initiatives, completing projects and competing with peers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with anticipated graduation between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or collegiate athletics.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to accept pay of $19.00/hour.
• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week; training on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027; internship through Aug 6, 2027.
