Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Clayton, NC for university students to build valuable business and leadership skills from day one. Interns join a team-based environment and tackle challenges alongside entry-level professionals.

Starting May 17, 2027, the 10–12 week program provides in-person training, exposure to fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategy while fostering relationships with customers and coworkers. Compensation is $15.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior enrolled full-time in college/university.
• Minimum three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• 10–12 week commitment with availability to start from the first day of training in May.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Learn marketing strategies and collaborate with team members throughout the internship.
