Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship located at one of our Cape Cod/South Shore area branches in Massachusetts. This paid internship lets university students learn to run a successful business, with hands-on experience from day one and collaboration with peers.

You’ll develop leadership and management skills while tackling real challenges, including customer care, fleet management, and marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (May–Aug).
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers while performing internship projects.
• Engage in friendly competition and potential performance incentives.
