Job summary

Enterprise offers a Management Internship in the Cape Cod region, giving university students hands-on experience in running a branch and learning leadership fundamentals. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating May 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks in the May–August window.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies while building relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for incentives and rewards.
