Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a driven student for its Management Internship at our Norwood, MA branches. You’ll gain hands-on experience in leadership, fleet management, customer service, and marketing while working in a collaborative, team-based environment.

From day one, you’ll tackle meaningful projects, learn operations from senior mentors, and compete in friendly challenges with peers. This paid internship supports professional growth and networking within Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of the middle of May through the middle/end of August.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Internship Program and develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
