Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Massachusetts. This paid internship helps university students build business and leadership skills while tackling real-world challenges alongside professionals.

From day one, you'll work about 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks at a Branch in the Brockton area, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, marketing, and operations while developing valuable relationships with teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks during the window of the middle/end of May through the middle/end of August.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives.
