Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship candidate in Worcester, MA to learn how to run a successful business and gain highly marketable leadership skills. The role places interns in a team-based environment and mirrors the challenges faced by our first- and second-year professionals.

From day one, you’ll be a paid intern who learns to manage a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies while building relationships with coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks during the window of mid May through mid/late August.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referrals.
