The program runs late May to August 2027 (10+ weeks, up to 89 days). To qualify you must be enrolled in a bachelor’s program, be at least 18, able to work 40 hours/week, and have a valid US driver's license with limited moving violations.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10–12 weeks during late May–August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support management in running daily operations and customer interactions.
• Participate in projects to develop marketing strategies and build customer relationships.
• Engage in friendly competition with peers and potentially earn performance incentives.
