Job summary

Enterprise in Westbrook, ME is offering a paid Management Internship designed for current college students to build business and leadership skills. The role runs for about 10–12 weeks (late May/early June 2027 through August 2027) with a 40-hour workweek and a maximum employment of 89 days.

You’ll gain real-world experience, work on intern projects, and learn what it takes to run a successful business alongside peers in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a current university/college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Graduation no later than May 2028 (rising senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks (up to 89 days).
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support management and learn to run a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and building customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Possibility of performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
