Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Internship in Lubbock, TX. This paid internship runs May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027, on a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule. Interns gain hands-on experience in business and leadership while supporting real-world projects.

You'll collaborate with teams to learn fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies, while completing intern projects and earning performance incentives and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating by Aug/Dec 2027 and enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must live in Lubbock, TX or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
