Job summary

This full-time, paid internship runs May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027, at $18 per hour. Qualified applicants are Seniors graduating in 2027 and enrolled in a full-time BS program, with at least three months

Qualifications

• Senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Midland, TX, Odessa, TX, or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Internship Program and gain hands-on experience across fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition; potential performance incentives and referral rewards.
