Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Amarillo, TX. This full-time internship runs May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027 and pays $18 per hour.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership and business skills, working in a team-based environment to learn what it takes to run a successful operation. As part of the program, you’ll tackle projects, compete with peers, and may access performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Amarillo, TX or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may qualify for incentives and referrals.
• Learn what it takes to run a successful business in a team-based environment.
