Qualifications

• Must be a Senior enrolled in a full time Bachelors degree program.
• Must be graduating by Spring 2027
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Lubbock, TX or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and business skills through hands-on tasks and projects.
• Support sales, customer service, and marketing activities as part of a team.
• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and build customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in performance incentives and referrals.
