Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Lubbock, TX for a current student graduating in 2027. Interns will learn business and leadership skills, take on challenges alongside full‑time professionals, and help manage fleets, customers and marketing strategies.

The program runs May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027 with a paid rate of $18 per hour and full-time 40-hour weeks. Perks include employee discounts, rewards for performance and ongoing career opportunities after graduation.

Formación

• Senior graduating by August or December 2027 and enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Must live in Lubbock, TX or surrounding area
