Enterprise is seeking students for its Management Internship to build business and leadership skills. You'll gain real-world professional experience during the internship, helping you stand out and be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern at Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. The internship is team-based and you’ll work alongside peers to learn, grow, and have fun.

Qualifications

• Must be a junior (rising senior) graduating with a Bachelor's by May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Available to start in Summer Intern Orientation Class on May 24.
• Commit to 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Support management trainee activities across fleet management, customer care, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers in a team-based environment; engage in projects and friendly competition.
