From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in May 2027.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week during the internship.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of the location(s) within 30 days of start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Internship Program and develop skills in fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referrals.
