Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join our Management Internship to build essential business and leadership skills. From day one, you’ll be a paid intern and learn what it takes to run a successful business, facing the same challenges as entry-level professionals in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

Must be a current college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree, graduating no later than December 2027.
Must be able to work 25 hours/week for 10-12 weeks (January to April window).
Must have a valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record within the last 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Manage a fleet of vehicles and assist customers.
Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers.
Receive performance incentives and employee referral rewards where applicable.
