Job summary

Enterprise is offering an Enterprise Management Internship designed for university students to gain real-world business and leadership experience. From day one, you’ll tackle challenges alongside early-career professionals in a team-based environment and receive paid, hands-on exposure to management responsibilities.

The program runs 10–12 weeks from late May to August 2027 in the Manchester, NH area, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour and an opportunity to earn performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during mid-May through mid-August.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire leadership skills.
• Work on projects that involve managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, and marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers through team-based experiences during the internship.
