Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Bloomington, IL designed for university students to gain hands-on business and leadership experience. The 10 to 12 week program runs full-time at 40 hours per week starting May 19, 2027, in our Bloomington office.

Interns tackle real tasks alongside entry-level professionals, work on fleet management, customer care, marketing strategies, and relationship building, with opportunities for performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing Bachelor's degree with graduation date Aug 2027, Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• 40 hours per week feasibility.
• Availability for the required internship start and dates.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and leadership skills by tackling real-world projects in a team environment.
• Support operations such as fleet management, customer care and marketing initiatives while building relationships with customers and coworkers.
