Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Great Falls, MT. This program helps university students build business and leadership skills while experiencing real-world challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals.

You'll start day one with responsibilities across fleet management, customer care, marketing strategy and relationship building, with opportunities for performance incentives and referrals. 10-12 week commitment, May start, pay starts at $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
