Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship candidate in Butte, MT to learn the ropes of running a fleet and serving customers. You'll join a team-based environment, tackling real projects from day one and earning pay at $17 per hour while developing leadership and business skills.

As a rising senior, you’ll complete a 10-12 week program starting in May, with opportunities for performance incentives and referral rewards as you grow with Enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform management-related tasks through intern projects and assignments.
• You may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards and will work in a team-based environment.
