Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship for university students to gain leadership and business skills from day one. You will work in a team-based setting, tackling real challenges and learning alongside seasoned professionals.

The paid internship begins May 17, 2027, at $15.00/hr, with a 10-12 week commitment and in-person training for the first two weeks. Location includes Rocky Mount, NC, and nearby towns.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or before May 2028.
• Must have three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training in May.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management tasks and learn to run a fleet of vehicles.
• Help develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Participate in training sessions and complete intern projects with performance incentives possible.
