Job summary

Enterprise in Missouri is offering a Management Internship for college students to gain hands-on business and leadership experience. From day one, interns are paid and work on projects alongside first- and second-year professionals, with a team-based environment and peers by your side.

You’ll contribute to fleet management, customer service, and marketing efforts while learning to develop market strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university (graduation date of Dec 2027 or May 2028).
• Must have 6 months of sales or customer service or marketing or management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on your driving record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start mid May to August .

Responsibilities

• You will work on intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
• You’ll learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• You’ll develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
