Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enrolled as a Bachelor's degree student graduating by December 2026.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to work approximately 25 hours per week during the internship.
• Must live within a reasonable commute to Central NJ locations.
• Leadership experience or relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills while supporting branch operations.
• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives and referrals.
